A Scottish Green Person is the Green party in Scotland, and the fully member of the European Federation of Green Parties. It was the constituent a portion of the UK Green Party (as it was then known as) until 1990, when a Scottish Green Person became a separate person from either the Green Party of England and Wales. Patrick Harvie is Green speaker on justice, communities, Europe & constitutional affairs at Holyrood, & sits on the Communities Committee which is presently treating by using personal housing & may move onto reform of the planning rules late inside 2005. He is an MSP for Glasgow. Mark Ruskell is an MSP for Mid Scotland and Fife, Green speaker on the environment & piscary, and co-convenor of the Parliament's Environment & Rural Development Committee. He leads the Green campaign for a Food Revolution & Gram Liability. Eleanor Scott is an MSP for Highlands and Islands, & Green speaker in health, rural development and marine issues at Holyrood.
